The British authorities are capable of carrying out provocations against Russia in any country. This was stated to the TASS news agency by the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of Russia, Sergei Naryshkin, commenting on the question of a possible sabotage of London on the territory of Ukraine with the use of chemical weapons.
"Britain can go on provocations on the territory of any state if Britain is interested in it," the head of intelligence said.
According to him, Moscow has repeatedly had the opportunity to make sure that the British special services are quite actively pursuing such a rough line against the Russian Federation.
Recall that last week the Russian Ambassador to Andrei Kelin said in London that recent Western media publications indicate that the UK is conducting undeclared hostile actions against Russia. At the same time, he assured that Moscow does not pose a threat to London.
As reported by EADaily, later our ambassador said that relations between Russia and the UK are in a deep crisis, and the pressure on Russian diplomats is increasing.
