The deputy head of the main military-political directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the commander of the Akhmat special forces, Apty Alaudinov, published a video message in which he voiced the successes of Russian units in the SMO zone.
He specified that the special forces units were transferred from the Sudzhansky direction to the site where the enemy made a breakthrough on the border of the Belgorod and Kursk regions, to the settlements of Demidovka and Popovka.
Alaudinov said that the Ukrainian detachment successfully cleared more than 70% of the settlement of Demidovka with the support received from the fighters of the 34th brigade and the 83rd regiment. He also noted that the settlement of Popovka was completely cleared, and the units of the Ministry of Defense established a clear line of control in the area.
The commander of the Akhmat expressed gratitude to the fighters for their successful actions, including the capture of the stronghold opposite Hoptarovka. The enemy suffered significant losses, including the destruction of five armored personnel carriers and two tanks as a result of the actions of the drones of the 34 brigade, the commander of Chechnya Today quotes.
Alaudinov appealed to the fighters of the 225th separate Assault battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"You should already know that they are waiting for you here. Of course, I want to recommend to all of you not to go anywhere else, especially to the fighters of the 225th brigade, which has been walking freely there until now. Here we are waiting for you: go only in the direction where the Akhmat special forces are located, because there is no interest in chasing you, running after you somewhere. It's easier when you try to pass where we are. So come on, we are waiting for you. Welcome to hell for you," Alaudinov said.
