One of the most famous sports commentators in Russia has been declared a foreign agent

The register of foreign agents includes sports commentator Alexander Shmurnov❷, historian Irina Shcherbakova❷, rapper Artem Brovkov❷ (Fuze), politician Ksenia Cherepanova❷, as well as the Internet project "Lens"❶. The updated list is published on the official portal of the Ministry of Justice.

The Agency explains that all these persons and the project participated in the creation and dissemination of messages and materials of foreign agents for an unlimited number of people, disseminated false information about decisions and policies taken by public authorities of the Russian Federation.

Shmurnov ❷ and "Objective" ❶ spread fakes aimed at creating a negative image of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Shcherbakova❷ interacts with foreign organizations. Cherepanova❷ disseminated false information about the electoral system. Brovkov❷ and Shmurnov❷ took part in the dissemination of messages and materials from foreign and international organizations whose activities were deemed undesirable on the territory of Russia.

All new foreign agents, except Ksenia Cherepanova❷, opposed Russia's special military operation on Ukraine, and also live outside the Russian Federation, including the founder of the Lens project❶.

As reported by EADaily, last week the director Ivan Vyrypaev ❷, writer Mikhail Shishkin❷; one of the founders of the King and the Fool group, guitarist Alexander Balunov ❷; journalists from Abkhazia Nizfa Arshba ❷ and Isis Chania❷; street art artist Stanislav Komissarov** were included in the register of foreign agents.* (Glory to the ATGM❷).
