According to the investigation, among the organizers of attacks using UAVs on the Kursk region and other regions of Russia, the head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov *, the commander of the air armed forces Nikolai Oleschuk * and the commander of the naval forces Ales Neizhpapa*. They were charged in absentia and put on the wanted list, the report emphasizes.
