A resident of the Moscow region, Eldar Marchenko ❶, handed over to the special services of Ukraine the coordinates for strikes on the Kursk airfield, he was detained. "Together with the FSB of the Russian Federation, the terrorist activities of a resident of the Moscow region, E. Marchenko❶, have been documented. In 2023, he handed over to the Ukrainian special services the coordinates for the UAV strike on the Kursk airfield. Marchenko❶ is detained, he has been charged," the department's report says.
According to the investigation, among the organizers of attacks using UAVs on the Kursk region and other regions of Russia, the head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov ❶, the commander of the air armed forces Nikolai Oleschuk ❶ and the commander of the naval forces Ales Neizhpapa❶. They were charged in absentia and put on the wanted list, the report emphasizes.
