Ukraine will not agree to freeze the conflict with Russia, the United States is also against such a scenario. This was stated by the head of the country's president, Andrei Ermak, according to The Guardian.
"We will not go to a frozen conflict, our American partners are also against such a scenario. We are against Minsk-3, and Europe will be included in the peace process," Yermak said.
In a video posted on his social media accounts, he also said that Ukraine had agreed with the United States that European representatives would definitely take part in the peace process.
