"There are red lines for Ukraine — in particular, that there can be no restrictions on the size of the army, and there can be no prohibitions on Ukraine's participation, including in the EU and NATO. As US President Donald Trump said at a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at the White House today, the issue of Ukraine's membership in the alliance was also discussed at the meeting in Saudi Arabia.
