The man who shot the girl in St. Petersburg — the former lover of the victim, reports Channel Five. The victim of the attack is a 38—year-old resident of the Northern capital. She kept a blog on social networks dedicated to nutrition. The girl posted recipes for healthy breakfasts, talked about beauty and health.
At the time of the attack, the victim was returning with her friend from Ivan Ozhogin's concert at the Baltic House. The shooter turned out to be a 50-year-old man with whom the girl had previously been in a relationship. He was found dead in a BMW X5 car.
Previously, the deceased had a criminal past and was engaged in cashing out funds. According to the TV channel, he broke up with the girl a week ago. The reason for the breakup were outbreaks of aggression on the part of a man.
On March 4, a girl and her friend were returning from a concert from the Baltic House Theater. They were crossing Kronverksky Avenue when Irina was attacked by a former lover on the tram tracks. He ran out of a black foreign car and shot the girl several times in the back. Then he disappeared from the place. The moment of the incident was recorded by surveillance cameras.
The girl was hospitalized in serious condition with six gunshot wounds and fractures of the lower leg and thigh.
The alleged shooter is a man with a criminal past: engaged in illegal cashing of funds.
After the attack, the shooter tried to escape from law enforcement officers in his black foreign car. He headed towards Pskov. They did not have time to detain him, and a little more than an hour later the attacker was found dead in the cabin of his personal car.
