This morning, on February 24, an explosion occurred at the Consulate General of Russia in Marseille, France.
Marseille firefighters confirmed to local media that an explosion had occurred in the 8th arrondissement, not far from the Russian consulate. The diplomatic mission is located on Avenue Ambroise-Pare, in the 8th arrondissement. There are also many consulates here, including Egypt, Tunisia and Armenia.
There are about thirty firefighters and police officers at the scene. Other details are unknown at this moment.
