In Kurakhov, security forces detained two servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who were trying to get lost among civilians. This was reported by the Russian Interior Ministry in the Donetsk People's Republic, TASS reports.
"Representatives of the Kurakhovsky temporary police department, as a result of operational measures, identified two servicemen of the armed forces of Ukraine who were trying to get lost among the civilian population," the department said.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 28-year-old Vladislav took part in the battles for Debaltseve in 2014-2015. The second serviceman Maxim was mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2023. The 28-year-old militant admitted that he had struck with mortars towards Russian positions.
Both detainees were transferred to the relevant services for further investigation.
