Possible combinations of the composition of the participants in the negotiations on the Ukrainian issue have not yet been discussed, the Kremlin assumes that the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, forbade himself to conduct them with Russia. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
Earlier, Zelensky said he was counting on the start of negotiations on a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict with the participation of Moscow, as well as Brussels, Washington and Kiev.
"So far, no one has seriously discussed a possible combination of the participants in the negotiations, so far we proceed from the fact that the Ukrainian president has no right to such negotiations. Therefore, to discuss while maintaining the very decree (banning negotiations — approx. TASS), to discuss the possible composition of the participants, probably, is to get ahead of ourselves," the Kremlin spokesman said, according to TASS.
