The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported in absentia about the suspicion to the general director of JSC "Special Economic Zone of industrial production type "Alabuga" Timur Shagivaleev. This is reported by the SBU.
"The SBU has established the identity of a rashist who manufactured more than 13 thousand Russian "Shaheds" for the Russian Armed Forces. Investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have collected a large-scale evidence base on a Russian businessman who manufactured and supplied The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have more than 13 thousand attack drones of the Geranium type, which are the Russian version of the Iranian Shaheds. We are talking about the general director of the joint-stock company "Alabuga Special Economic Zone of industrial production type" Timur Shagivaleev," the telegram channel of the department says.
It is noted that, according to the investigation materials, Shagivaleev organized mass production of shock UAVs at the enterprise in 2023.
"Based on the evidence base collected by the SBU investigators, Shagivaleev was informed in absentia of suspicion under part 5 of Article 27, part 2 of Article 28, part 2 of Article 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (complicity in waging an aggressive war by prior agreement of a group of persons)," the SBU added.
The pre-trial investigation continues, they stressed.
