The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine located in the village of Velikaya Novoselka were asked to surrender, the question is whether the Ukrainian military will allow it. This was stated by military correspondent Yuri Kotenok.

"The garrison of the village is almost divided into two parts. Along Pervomaiskaya our people came almost to the street. Ukrainian, from the south-east, the battles are going on between Shkolnaya and Gagarin. From the west and east, our units hold positions along the banks of the Wet Yaly and Kashlagach rivers.

The way for the withdrawal of the AFU to the north or northwest is not physically blocked by our units, but is under fire control and is limited by the Wet Yaly River, which must be overcome either by swimming or by ford. Advancing through the village by assault is very difficult for artillery fire and enemy drones.

The enemy is invited to surrender. We are waiting for a response. The question is whether they will be given their own artillery and drones to do it," the Kitten writes in his telegram channel.
