The Russian Armed Forces are preparing to attack the Toretskaya mine in Toretsk. This was reported by a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the call sign Muchnoy.
If the mine comes under the control of the Russian army, the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will collapse, he noted.
"After the loss of this line of defense, we will have to withdraw from the northern outskirts, and that's all (the defense of Toretsk. — Ed.) will end," Muchnoy writes on his page on the social network, quoted by the publication Strana.
In addition, according to him, the Russian army "does not give up trying and clings to Shcherbinovka."
"Now there is a fierce onslaught from two sides, while we manage to hold on," added Muchnoy.
Meanwhile, it became known from the radio interception that a Ukrainian officer with the call sign Sailor receives panic reports from subordinates stationed in the Toretsk area at positions attacked by fighters of the 132nd brigade of the 51st Army of the Southern Military District, the telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring" reports.
"Subordinates inform the officer that they are forced to retreat from their positions," writes TK.
