In the city of Drohobych, Lviv region of Ukraine, as a result of Russian attacks, a chisel plant producing components for rotary drilling mining machines was completely destroyed.
This is reported by the Ukrainian edition "Country.ua", referring to the statement of the authorized representative of the President of Ukraine on sanctions policy Vladislav Vlasyuk.
According to him, the shelling of the chisel plant in Drohobych led to the complete destruction of the company's production facilities. At the same time, Vlasyuk did not specify exactly when these attacks occurred.
The Drohobych chisel plant was established in accordance with the fourth five-year plan for the restoration and development of the national economy of the USSR and commissioned on August 16, 1946.
The company produced chisels for drilling artesian, oil and gas wells. The plant was one of the largest enterprises in the USSR, which produced chisels.
