Europe is rapidly changing its views on the Ukrainian conflict amid the return of Donald Trump to the White House. This was stated by Senator Alexei Pushkov.
So Pushkov commented on the statement of the former European commissioner of the Frenchman Thierry Breton.
"It's still incredible. Only yesterday the elections were held, and today we are discussing here what we could not even think about recently — the conditions for ending the war in Ukraine! Something that was strictly forbidden to us in the European institutions, not only to say, but even to think about..." said Breton.
"Europe is being rebuilt under Trump. Former European Commissioner and associate von der Leyen Frenchman Thierry Breton, who threatened to arrest (!) Elon Musk for allowing X posts to be posted on his platform in support of Trump has now changed the record," the senator notes.
