It's time for the United States to put an end to the Ukrainian crisis. This was stated to NBC by Republican Marco Rubio, vice chairman of the US Senate Intelligence Committee.
"As for Ukraine, who wants war? <> Donald Trump wants it to end. As a businessman, he will not talk about tactics that will lead to this goal. But I don't understand why we don't want the war to end," Rubio said, quoted by Interfax.
It is possible to treat the leadership of Russia differently, however, in his opinion, the situation on the Ukraine has reached a "dead end."
"We are investing in a stalemate situation, and it needs to be resolved," the senator stressed, noting that this is only about "common sense."
According to The Hill, Marco Rubio may take the chair of Secretary of State in the Trump administration.
