Former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter, in an interview with the Dialogue Works YouTube channel, gave his own explanation of the explosions that occurred in Odessa. According to him, as a result of the incident, Ukraine lost a large number of weapons supplied by the West for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"We sent these cargoes to Ukraine, they were blown up, so all the ammunition we sent did not leave the port of Odessa, not to mention trains and warehouses that came under fire," Scott Ritter believes.
The retired American military also recalled that the Russian army continues to dominate the battlefield, and the Ukrainians are in complete collapse. The same Ritter clarified that Kiev has already lost about 90% of its energy capacity. In turn, EADaily previously informed about the forecast for ordinary Ukrainians for next winter — light for 4 hours a day.
