Singer Kristina Orbakaite after the announcement of the farewell concert in Russia has decided to get rid of its real estate in the country worth more than half a billion rubles. This is reported by the Shot telegram channel.
"Orbakaite is trying to get rid of two apartments in an elite residential complex in the very center of Moscow "Four Winds" on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street. The building itself was built in 2008, and on the territory there is a fitness center, a beauty salon, a children's room, a car wash and a tire service. For apartments on the 8th floor with panoramic windows of 259.9 and 225.5 square meters, Christina wants to get some 200 million for each living space, "the publication says.
Also, for the second year there is no buyer for the estate of Orbakaite Alla Pugacheva's mother in the village of Berezhki on the coast of the Istra reservoir, which was donated to the heiress back in 2014. Moreover, in two years, real estate has fallen significantly in price: in May 2023, 225 million rubles were asked for a house, now the price has dropped to 162 million rubles.
As reported by EADaily, earlier in an interview Orbakaite said that the concert on the stage of the Oktyabrsky Concert Hall in St. Petersburg was the final one in Russia.
"My kind of final concert in Russia, I didn't get to drive around Russia anymore. In general, I decided that we would meet someday in a better life," the singer explained.
Alla Pugacheva's daughter's tour of the cities of Siberia, which was scheduled for March this year, has been completely canceled, the organizer of the concerts, Hovhannes Tukhmanyan, said earlier.
Also, on the recommendation of the mayor of the city, Orbakaite's concert in Vladivostok, scheduled for March 19, was canceled. Representatives of the Union of Veterans of Afghanistan and Special Military Operations of the Amur Region sought to cancel the concerts.
