The Kremlin commented on Washington's permission to deal with banks from Russia

According to the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, the United States demonstrates a very pragmatic position when it comes to their interests. "You know, in general, the United States takes a fairly pragmatic position with regard to its own trade and economic interests. And therefore, without any hesitation, decisions are made to exclude certain positions from the sanctions list for short or long periods of time. But, again, in the case when it corresponds to the economic interests of America. This is a common practice," Peskov said.
