"After the terrible disclosure of the "victory plan" everywhere in the West, there is a general loss of confidence in Zelensky himself," Merkouris said, quoted by RG.
As EADaily reported, in mid-October Zelensky presented a "victory plan" in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Soon he presented the document at a meeting of the European Council.
The "plan" consists of five points and three secret appendices and, in particular, includes the requirements to accept Ukraine into NATO before the end of hostilities, the lifting of restrictions on deep strikes.
