The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (VAKS) of Ukraine confiscated real estate, cars and the rights to several songs from a woman who moved to Russia singer Taisiya Povaliy. This was reported by the press service of the court.
In the message on the official VAKS portal, the artist's name is not indicated, but the works of which she is the author are indicated.
"WAX decided to recover assets belonging to the singer in the state income: property rights to music and words to nine works ("I will hug you", "To Love, understand and Listen", "Guardian Angels", "Depend on It", "I Just Want", "Beads of Love", "More than close", "I'm flying into the distance with you blue", "Good morning")... seven land plots located in the Kiev region with a total area of 9.3 thousand hectares, a residential building with a total area of 442.8 square meters, a household with a total area of 101 square meters and a BMW X5 vehicle," the publication says.
As EADaily reported, in February of this year, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine charged Povaliy in absentia with supporting Russia. It is emphasized that in her interviews the artist says that she is in Russia, because it is "true there", "Ukraine is zombified", in Ukraine it "faced Nazism".
The SBU stressed that, in addition to obtaining Russian citizenship, the actress in one of the interviews spoke positively about Russian President Vladimir Putin "and called for the seizure of the entire territory of Ukraine."
In early September, the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice appealed to VAKS with a claim for the application of sanctions against the singer.
