"She was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent)," the statement said.
The writer received the minimum punishment provided for in this article — a fine of 30 thousand rubles. The decision was made by the Savelovsky court of Moscow.
As reported by EADaily, Ulitskaya ❷ was recognized as a foreign agent in March of this year. In the definition, the Ministry of Justice indicated that she, as a respondent, participated in information platforms provided by foreign agents and foreign media, opposed a special military operation.
