In the Kursk region, motorized infantry of the 44th Army Corps mounted an attack and eliminated the enemy, who shot civilians trying to evacuate. This was announced today, October 6, by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The commander of the motorized rifle battalion of the 44th Army Corps with the call sign Horizon told about this case.

"We personally observed how the enemy destroyed civilians who tried to move away in our direction. After that, as the common people say, the blood boils, and the personnel moved to the points from where they opened fire and destroyed the enemy," he explained.

He added that during one of these clashes, his fighter eliminated two Ukrainian soldiers in hand-to-hand combat.
