From November 1 of this year, the Central Bank of Russia will prohibit banking structures in the country from taking a commission for some transfers through the fast payment system (SBP). This is reported on the official website of the regulator.
You will not be able to take a commission when paying fines and taxes, that is, when making payments to the state.
"We are talking about paying for the services of kindergartens, clubs, sections, taxes, fines, and so on," the Bank of Russia explained.
Currently, all payments for traffic fines are made through the SBP. But by the end of the year, this option will be added to the standard functionality of the Public Services portal.
