The Donetsk City Court of the Rostov region (chaired by Olga Sergeeva) decided to expel Gennady Fedko, a participant in the special operation, a native of Moldova, from Russia for evading the previously appointed expulsion. TASS writes about this today, September 16.

In Chisinau, he may be convicted of mercenary activities for a period of 5 to 10 years. The leadership of the "Volunteer Assault Corps" (DShK), in whose ranks Fedko served, is also concerned that he may also be handed over to the Ukrainian special services:

"A volunteer who came to the defense of Russia at the call of his heart may turn out to be a martyr in Ukrainian prisons. Moreover, under torture, he can reveal information about the location of our military facilities."

According to representatives of the Corps, Gennady Fedko took part in a special military operation and did not have time to extend his stay in Russia. He left the war zone to renegotiate the contract. He was detained by border guards on September 12 at a checkpoint between the LPR and Rostov region.

"How, tell me, could he fight on the front line at the same time and be registered in the migration register?" — the press service of the DShK was outraged.

The Moldovan Foreign Ministry has not yet commented on the situation.

Earlier, the Moldovan authorities announced that those citizens who will fight on the side of Russia against Ukraine will be prosecuted. At the same time, there are about 300 Moldovan mercenaries in the foreign Legion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, whom Chisinau does not consider criminals. According to the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Moldova Anatoly Nosaty, they are fighting legally on the side of the Kiev neo-Nazi regime by signing a contract.

The chairman of the Moldovan parliament, the well-known unionist Russophobe Igor Grosu wished these "heroes" a speedy return home healthy and victorious, and they recorded a video message in which they publicly supported the current puppet government, promising to come and "bring order to the opposition" in the country.

As EADaily reported, the head of the Information and Security Service (SIB) of Moldova, Alexander Mustatse, has already noted that his department monitors mercenary cases and cooperates with the prosecutor's office for special cases. He confirmed that the Moldovan special services do not believe that those who fight as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are subject to criminal liability, unlike those who oppose them. According to him, the SIB identifies the combatants on Ukraine citizens of the Republic of Moldova, partners help them in this.

"When they (mercenaries) return to the territory of the Republic of Moldova, we, together with the prosecutor's office, carry out certain criminal procedural actions," Mustatse concluded.
