Security forces detained a group of saboteurs who were preparing a terrorist attack on an oil storage facility in the Kursk region. This was reported in the operational services of the region, RIA Novosti reports.
"A group of saboteurs who planned an explosion on the territory of an oil storage facility has been detained. They moved around the territory of the Kursk region in a civilian car. Explosives and detonators were found with them," the report said.
It is specified that one of the detainees told about plans to commit a terrorist attack. Operational and investigative measures are currently being carried out.
