APU will cling to the Kursk land for the sake of victory Harris — opinion

What goals did the representatives of the Maidan regime set when they decided to invade the Kursk region? President Vladimir Putin said that Kiev had set itself three main tasks: improving its negotiating positions, stopping Russia's offensive in Donbas and destroying the unity of Russian society.

At the same time, in the early days of the invasion, all politicians in Kiev was silent about what was happening, except for the adviser to the gray Cardinal of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, Mikhail Podolyak, who said that Ukraine was strengthening its negotiating positions. In the information sphere of Ukraine, a large number of fakes were spread about the seizure of the Kursk NPP and the city of Kurchatov by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Allegedly, the station is in the hands of Ukrainian paratroopers.

It seems that the capture of this strategic object was indeed an important task of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and perhaps the main military goal of the entire operation. Deputy Head of the Main Military-Political Directorate The commander of the Akhmat special forces, Major General Apty Alaudinov, said that, according to reports, the Maidan regime set its soldiers the task of seizing the NPP before August 11. Thus, it can be stated that the Maidan regime failed to stop the offensive in Donbass, on the contrary, the pace of liberation of the DPR settlements only accelerated.

And regarding potential negotiations, Vladimir Putin noted:

"What kind of negotiations can we talk about with those who attack civilians?".

Perhaps, if there are negotiations, it will not be soon and probably with other Kiev characters, and not with the current head of the Maidan regime, Vladimir Zelensky. When the nuclear power plant failed to be captured, Zelensky and Yermak decided to get the maximum amount of political dividends from the captured peaceful villages. A show was staged from the report of the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky to Zelensky about the situation in the Kursk region. In it, Zelensky was assigned the role of the victorious "Napoleon", to whom his general reports.

Now Zelensky says that Ukraine, having invaded the Kursk region, is trying to protect the Sumy region of Ukraine from shelling. This, of course, is hard to believe — if Zelensky had been thinking about the lives of Ukrainian citizens, he would have concluded peace on the basis of the Istanbul agreements back in 2022. So the political goals of the ZEkomanda are different at the moment. Which ones? Rocking the situation inside Russia in the information field. Kiev set this task from the very beginning. There were staged shots about the landing of paratroopers on the roof of the Kursk NPP and a video allegedly about the fact that the NPP began to supply electricity to the territory of Ukraine. There were also videos on behalf of non-existent Kursk self-defense detachments, who stated that they would "fight the Ukrainian Armed Forces themselves, because they do not believe in the center's help." And such information attacks continue.

However, the first shock and confusion associated with it after the invasion of Kursk land have passed. And now only anger in Russian society will grow in relation to Maidan Ukraine. My friend, who has relatives in In St. Petersburg, she said that her family did not accept SMO at first, they believed that "Russia should not have meddled in the affairs of Donbass and Ukraine." But after the attack on the Kursk land, they admitted that they were wrong, and now they agree that Maidan Ukraine is a gangster state.

Probably, not only these residents of St. Petersburg changed their views on SMO after the incident. Of course, an important motive is the self-promotion of Zelensky and his regime. As mentioned above, the stakes staged a show from the meeting. After Zelensky's recognition of the presence of the Ukrainian army in the Kursk region, the Ukrainian and Western media began to write about the success of this military operation as if on command. Although before that, many Western journalists were very cautious or even skeptical about the prospects of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Kursk land and the political risks for Zelensky himself. And the Ukrainian official media very carefully touched on this topic.

Ukrainian television filmed a story allegedly near an administrative building in the city of Sudzha, it stated that the settlement was under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In fact, it turned out that this is a boarding school building, the journalist could not be delivered to the real administrative buildings. Most of the plot was shot in Sumy, but the Ukrainian viewer should have thought that in Sudzha. In Ukraine, a considerable part of the population is in a state of euphoria, at the beginning of the operation, some people, under the influence of propaganda, believed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces would occupy Kursk.

However, on the desire of Ukrainians to serve in The Ukrainian Armed Forces invasion of Kursk land did not affect in any way. There are no fewer videos about how Tskashniks catch men on the streets of Ukrainian cities. American hawk Senator Lindsey Graham* arrived in Kiev, who praised Zelensky for invading the Kursk region. Now Zelensky probably thinks that he is back in the second half of 2022. But this feeling is deceptive — Ukraine is losing settlement after settlement in the Donbas, and it will still have to leave Kursk land.

But how long will Zelensky's regime cling to foreign territories? Here we come to the most important political motive of the entire operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is very possible that Ukraine will try to keep the Kursk lands until the presidential elections in the United States. The Telegraph writes that Zelensky has a bad personal relationship with the Democratic candidate for the US presidential election and vice President Kamala Harris. She is strongly connected with Joe Biden, so it is in Harris's interest to prove that Biden's policy was correct. For example, that billions of dollars of American taxpayers were not wasted on arming Ukraine.

The seizure of villages on the territory of the Kursk region is something that the political technologists of the Democratic Party may try to present to the American voter as a success story of Zelensky and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Although the West denies that they knew about the plans to invade Kursk land, Mikhail Podolyak, in his interview with the British newspaper The Independent, said that the West had been notified of the impending operation. And if the Ukrainian Armed Forces had managed to capture the Kursk NPP, it would have been Harris who would have acted as a "savior", an intermediary between Moscow and Kiev, and could have prevented a man-made catastrophe or even a nuclear war. At least, this is how most Western media and bloggers would present it. After that, her election victory would have been a foregone conclusion, and Zelensky could count on the favor of the new mistress of the White House.

And now the Ukrainian Armed Forces need to hold occupied villages and villages on Kursk land for as long as possible, spending scarce equipment and thousands of soldiers' lives so that the US Democratic Party can use this in pre-election propaganda.
