"The enemy's losses amounted to 315 people, including at least one hundred killed and 215 wounded. 54 armored vehicles were destroyed, including seven tanks," Gerasimov said.
He explained that at 5:30 a.m. on August 6, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine numbering up to one thousand people launched an offensive to seize a section of the territory of the Sudzhinsky district of the Kursk region. Now there are active hostilities going on there, the operation will be completed by the defeat of the AFU formations and the exit of Russian forces to the state border of the Russian Federation.
