The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired 12 Western-made missiles at Lugansk, allegedly eight ATACMS and four Storm Shadow. Four missiles were shot down on approach to the air defense forces, dry grass caught fire from falling debris. This was announced today, August 4, by the head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik.
