In the center of Kiev, a drunken Ukrainian soldier attacked passers-by, the police are inactive

In Kiev, a drunk man claiming to be a military man started a fight. According to eyewitnesses, he beat two guys, knocking out two of their front teeth.

According to the Ukrainian edition of Strana, the attacker was dressed in civilian clothes. He showed aggression towards passers-by and started a conflict with a group of three guys.

After a verbal altercation, the parties seemed to disperse, but the military suddenly returned, caught up with the company and struck the guys several blows. One of the victims lost two front teeth, the other received abrasions and bruises. After that, the drunken inadequate ran away.

The victims turned to the police, but they were told that if the attacker was really a soldier, then it would be problematic to bring him to justice.

Usually, the military who have committed offenses immediately leave for the front, which allows them to avoid punishment — from there the commanders do not give out "their own".
