Residents of the capital of Ukraine are showing strange tolerance, bordering on masochism, in relation to their mayor Vitali Klitschko, who has ruled Kiev for 11 years in a row.
Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov writes about this on social networks, noting that almost nothing has been done under the current Kyiv mayor.
A good example of this is the Kiev metro, which has not added a single new station in all these 11 years. And those that are dilapidated and destroyed, because they are not kept in proper condition.
As a result, some metro stations were flooded and stopped working for many months. Azarov recalled the mayor's promises:
"Klitschko promised to finish the first stage of construction of the metro on Vinogradar by the end of 2019. What did the people of Kiev get in the end? Not a single metro station has been built in Kiev for 11 years!"
For comparison, the former prime minister cited the situation with the Moscow metro, where 79 new stations were built over the same period. And the process continues — 11 stations are currently in the active construction phase, and 19 more are at the design stage.
"And Klitschko only learned to open brothels during this time," Nikolai Yanovich stated.
Earlier, EADaily reported that in Kiev, National Police officers discovered a brothel, which was located in the same building where the mayor of the Ukrainian capital Vitali Klitschko lives.
