A Ukrainian citizen, Anastasiya Lashmanova, has been brutally killed in Montenegro. The consular department of the Ukrainian foreign ministry has confirmed the death.
As Pink M reports citing a source in the police, the woman’s body with traces of foul play and knife wounds was found on May in Kotor near the villa Lashmanova was living in. The motives of crime are unknown yet, but it is not ruled out that the rich Ukrainian could fall a victim to robbery. Investigation procedure has been started.
Lashmanova was head of several companies that, in particular, own the Perla hotel complex in Tivat and a beauty salon in a five-star apart hotel in Budva. Besides, Lashmanova’s companies were building new hotels.
The total of all Lashmanova’s assets is estimated at about 105mn EUR what made her one of the richest Ukrainian women.
