Armenian foreign ministry: Baku breaches its obligations to OSCE

“Azerbaijan has launched the drill beginning with a blatant disregard of its commitment to the OSCE: it did not warn its neighbors - OSCE countries,” Balayan wrote.

As EADaily reported earlier, a large-scale military drill with participation of various branches of troops, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in accordance with a plan approved by President and Commander-In-Chief Ilham Aliyev has started on Monday.
