President of South Ossetia: Our volunteers have fulfilled their task in Novorossiya

President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov has addressed the volunteers from the country who participated in the military actions in Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics urging them to return home.

«At present, our friends in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) are shifting to formation of the state power institutions, a new stage of their development. Your mission is nearing completion,” Tibilov said. «As the Supreme Commander I have not ordered to send you to Novorossiya. You left your peaceful life for justice by your own volition. But as the head of the state, I urge your today to return to your motherland,” Leonid Tibilov said. The president said heroism is needed not only in the battlefield. The present-day life in South Ossetia also requires heroic deeds.

To recall, the Republic of South Ossetia is so far the only country to recognize independence of the DPR and LPR. Leonid Tibilov signed relevant decrees yet in June.
