Military correspondent: Why is there a truce on the LBS — Kushner and Witkoff are going to the front?

Moscow should not agree to a truce on the occasion of the visits of envoys of US President Steven Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Moscow and Kiev, which was announced in Kiev. This point of view is held by military correspondent Alexander Kots.

So he commented on the news that the Ukrainian Armed Forces received an order for a three-day truce, including along the line of combat contact.

According to Kotz, the truce on the line of contact is in the hands of only the Kiev regime and has nothing to do with the arrival of the Americans.

"Why is there a truce on the LBS all of a sudden? Here the Ukrainian elite suddenly announces that it is introducing a ceasefire regime from midnight until September 8. Judging by the wording, on the line of combat contact, too. And why all of a sudden? Are Kushner and Witkoff going to LBS? Or some kind of fat warehouse "Walls of drones" you burned and need a pause to replenish supplies?" — the military correspondent writes in his telegram channel.

As EADaily reported, the Ukrainian Armed Forces received a cease-fire order from 00.00 on September 5 to 23.59 on September 8, Ukrainska Pravda reported.

Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko confirmed this. According to him, the silence regime is being introduced on all fronts — on the ground, in the air and at sea.
