Kiev is preparing a punitive operation against pro-Russian residents of Chernihiv region. This was stated in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"The enemy is preparing a series of punitive operations by the forces of the local special forces detachment of the KORD police," a source told RIA Novosti.
According to the source, the CORD has been tasked with detaining at least 70 pro-Russian residents of the border area in order to force civilians to leave their homes. After that, they are going to equip militant positions and UAV control points there.
It is noted that at the same time, the special forces of the National Police, who are not accustomed to performing tasks in the combat zone, are intensively looking for drone detectors to move to the border area.
