The cost of courses at the Seagull NYC acting school, which was opened with his wife by the Russian actor and comedian Andrei Burkovsky, who left the country, has halved. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
Recall that Burkovsky launched exclusive acting courses as part of his own Seagull NYC school (Seagull) allegedly using the Stanislavsky method at the end of 2024.
"Andrey's immersion method, based on the Stanislavsky method, will help you unlock your true potential and discover new depths of self—expression," the program description said at the time.
The price of training in the public domain was not indicated. However, for example, a master class with Burkovsky's participation, consisting of 16 classes for two months, cost $ 2 thousand.
"Now this course is not presented on the school's website, and the last update of its page, as follows from the analysis of network archives, was carried out back in 2025 — at the same time when it was created," the publication clarifies.
At the same time, Burkovsky offers a course on his own for professional actors for $ 950, as well as five-month courses for children worth $ 960.
