Russians who were told they were Ukrainians are fighting against us. Political scientist Sergey Mikheev wrote about this in his telegram channel.

"This is a war against the Russians, to destroy the Russians. The bulk of those who are fighting against us are natives of Eastern and Central Ukraine. These are Russians who were told they were Ukrainians. Some third forces are rubbing their hands: the fewer Russians in this world, the better. We must strike serious blows at Western Ukraine, because it will lead to outrage there much faster," the expert writes.

He added that Poles hate Ukrainians, and Bandera hate Poles. The growth of anti-Ukrainian sentiments inside Poland, in his opinion, will continue.

"Poland will not let Ukraine into the EU. There are two ideas inside Ukraine: inciting hatred towards Russia and "we will still be accepted to Europe someday." But they won't accept it!" — Mikheev writes further.

Referring to the fighting, Mikheev noted the following:

"They will continue to fight through Ukraine, and they cannot be touched. That's all their tactics and strategy."
