An assassination attempt on a high-ranking military officer has been prevented in Moscow. This was announced today, July 9, by the FSB Central Control Center.

The woman pleaded guilty and is cooperating with the investigation, she was given a preventive measure in the form of detention. A criminal case has been initiated under part 1 of Article 30 and part 2 of Article 205.
