The politician analyzes Tokayev's visit to Brussels, where, according to him, the Kazakh leader finally secured the status of a colony of the West for the republic. This, he added, is not only about the transfer of deposits of rare and rare-earth metals, but also about the possibility of accepting thousands of extradited migrants from the EU.

"Although the Kazakh side persistently rejected the allegations of the American press about plans to redirect the flow of migrants from Europe to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, but in the end it turned out, according to statements by European diplomats, that such negotiations were actually conducted and are continuing. Astana will only receive from this an easing of the procedure for issuing Schengen visas," the publication says.

In other words, Kurmanov believes that Brussels seriously considers its Central Asian satellites not only as raw material protectorates, but also as a territory for the maintenance of tens, if not hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, many of whom are religious extremists. In fact, he believes, this is laying barrels of gunpowder under the pillars of stability in Central Asia.

The expert notes that Astana is ready to serve the white owners ready in everything. And even as a sign of loyalty, it acquires 50 Airbus A320neo and A321neo airliners worth more than 7 billion euros under bonded conditions.

"This is becoming a tradition, as Nazarbayev and Tokayev was always bought by Boeing during his visits to Washington, although now this practice has spread to the EU. All this, coupled with the purchase of diesel locomotives and electric locomotives, and other large—scale equipment, shows the complete dependence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Western technologies and even the desire to perpetuate this position amid shouts about the development of strategic partnership," Kurmanov writes.

In reality, according to him, Brussels is interested in the development of the Trans-Caspian corridor for the export of oil and gas from Kazakhstan, as well as in establishing sustainable supply chains of rare and rare-earth metals for the development of its own military-industrial complex. It was around these topics that the main negotiations took place, since all the adopted memoranda dealt with the participation of European capital in the management of Kazakhstan's roads and railways leading to ports in the Caspian Sea.

"It is interesting that Astana's external financial dependence is also secured by permanent loans from the IB and the EBRD to plug holes in the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan for hundreds and billions of euros, which are allocated under the conditions of structural reforms and privatization in the interests of Western capital. Brussels is thereby trying to secure a competitive advantage over Washington, as there is even a rivalry with the Yankees for the resources of Kazakhstan. After all, just before Tokayev's visit to Brussels a number of conferences were held in the Republic of Kazakhstan, at which the Americans demanded to stake out for themselves the primacy in capturing untold riches. So, on June 10, Astana hosted "The Trans-Caspian Forum 2026", on June 11, the C5+1 Dialogue on critical minerals took place, and on June 11-12 the 16th International Mining and Metallurgical Congress with the participation of leading mining corporations and US banks," Kurmanov further writes.

At the same time, he added, Democrats in the United States and European media are exaggerating the scandal about the acquisition by Trump's sons Cove Kaz Capital of the largest tungsten deposit in the world in Kazakhstan, and some senators even accuse Trump and Tokayeva is accused of corruption. In fact, this is such a lever of pressure on the Kazakh elite with the threat of opening a new "Kazakhgate" in the event of Astana's final rapprochement with the current American administration.

"But so far we see the opposite, when the Kazakh military took part in the exercises "Regional Cooperation 2026" in the United States and strengthen cooperation with the Pentagon and even complete the construction of a military facility on the border with Kyrgyzstan — the BSL-4 biological laboratory with an underground repository of the most dangerous pathogens from around the world," Kurmanov continues.

However, according to him, despite the competition between Washington and Brussels, both of them are expanding and enslaving the region, using Astana as an outpost.

"And against this background, Russian-speaking citizens are already being fined inside the Republic of Kazakhstan for demanding to serve them in Russian, which is the implementation of a policy of "language patrols" by the authorities themselves. And this is already a symbolic act of demonstrating loyalty to the white owners," Kurmanov concluded.
