Over the past day, the Russian military has attacked the facilities of the fuel, energy and transport infrastructure of Ukraine, which are used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This is stated in the latest daily military summary, which was published on Saturday, June 27 by the press service of the military department on its official resources.
It is reported that the strikes were carried out by operational-tactical aviation, strike unmanned aerial vehicles, missile forces and artillery groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
"The fuel and energy and transport infrastructure facilities used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, fuel depots, places of preparation for the launch of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 148 districts were damaged," the Defense Ministry stated.
It is also reported that 16 guided aerial bombs, three Flamingo long-range cruise missiles and 511 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down by air defense.
Earlier, EADaily reported that Russian units from the Vostok group of forces liberated the settlement of Novoskelevatoye, Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of active offensive operations.
