People's Deputy from the Ukrainian party "Servant of the People" Vyacheslav Medyanik lives in an undeclared elite estate near Kiev. The estate belongs to a woman who worked as a nanny in his family. Former Ukrainian People's Deputy Vadim Rabinovich writes about this in social networks.
"An elite house with an area of about 370 square meters in the closed cottage village of Khutor Yasny in the village of Khodosovka near Kiev may cost about $ 1 million. Officially, the Medyanik family owns a 100-meter apartment in the club house on the territory of this village. In 2024, it was registered to the minor daughter of the MP, and it is this property that the politician indicates in his declarations," Rabinovich said.
However, journalists have recorded that the Porsche Cayenne car of 2024, owned by the MP's wife Inna Medyanik, leaves in the morning not from an apartment building, but from the territory of a separate private estate.
"According to the real estate register, in June 2021, a resident of Dnipro, Nelya Kovalenko, became the owner of this estate. Until 2021, she was not engaged in entrepreneurial activity. However, shortly before the purchase of the estate, the woman became a co—founder of the Antar Plus company, one of the co-founders of which was Vyacheslav Medyanik himself," Rabinovich emphasizes.
In addition, Kovalenko is listed in the GetContact database as "Nella — Inna's nanny", "Medyanik — nanny Nella" and "Housewife Lesniki".
Vyacheslav Medyanik himself assured that he lives with his family in a declared apartment in the club house. He explained the departures from the private estate by the fact that the owner allows them to leave their car there in case of shelling and rocket attacks.
The deputy said that he was on friendly terms with Nelya Kovalenko, and called her "an adult and self-sufficient person."
"I have a question about receiving her income and everything else… It would be incorrect for me to ask her this question. If you look at her career, she worked in Dnipro at large enterprises, at paint and varnish factories… She dealt with logistical issues there," Medyanik said.
According to investigators, Kovalenko really worked for Dnipro paint and varnish factory, in the education department of the district Council in Dnipro and in Department of Humanitarian Policy of the City Council, and earned insignificant sums there. 10 years before buying a house, a woman officially earned a little more than 260 thousand hryvnia, which would not allow her to purchase real estate of this level.
