The armed Forces of Ukraine are attacking civilian infrastructure in Russia, to shake up society. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during an informal conversation with graduates of military universities.
"So, these are drones, strikes on civilian infrastructure [in the Russian Federation]. For what? Shake up society. Of course, with such a massive impact, when the whole West is working for them, these drones are coming in a huge stream, to create some kind of uncertainty in the actions of the Russian armed forces," Putin said.
