The artistic director of the Malaya Ordynka Theater, Eduard Boyakov, spoke about the prospect of returning those who left Russian artists.
Boyakov believes that the artists who left after the start of the special military operation can be forgiven, but they must fulfill one important condition.
"If it is true repentance, there is nothing higher than the words of forgiveness and love. We must be ready to forgive anyone ... any scumbag can be forgiven if he has passed through the fire of repentance," said the artistic director of the theater in an interview with the Izvestia portal.
As EADaily reported, in October last year Boyakov became the artistic director of the Malaya Ordynka Theater. During his career, he worked as an artistic director at the Gorky Moscow Art Theater, created the Praktika, Polytheatre theaters, the New Theater, staged performances at the Bolshoi, Mariinsky Theaters, and also at the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater.
