The European missile concern MBDA has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ukrainian design bureau Luch on expanding cooperation in the field of long-range strike systems for strikes against Russia.
MBDA is considered the largest European manufacturer of missile weapons. Among his most famous developments are the (British-French) Storm Shadow/SCALP cruise missiles. They are actively used by the Kiev regime for strikes on the territory of Russia. The agreement provides for the development of the Ukrainian cruise missile "Neptune" to create a long-range strike system "Neptune-2" on its basis.
"As a European leader in the field of complex missile systems, MBDA has the necessary technologies, expertise and international partnerships to develop and supply long-range strike systems and technologies of European production to partner countries. This enables the armed forces to effectively protect our values and freedoms. The Luch Design Bureau has unique knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the design, development, integration and production of complex weapons and missile systems," MBDA said in a statement.
