French Ambassador to Moscow Nicolas de Riviere called the meeting of the heads of diplomatic missions of Great Britain, Germany and France with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin a good discussion, TASS reports.

"We had a good discussion, we will publish a statement later today," said the French diplomat, leaving the building of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Earlier, Ambassadors of Great Britain, France and Germany Nigel Casey, Nicolas de Riviere and Alexander Lambsdorf arrived at the Russian Foreign Ministry to meet with Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.

As EADaily reported, according to Bloomberg, the "eurotroika" is the leaders of Great Britain, France and Germany, Keir Starmer, Emmanuel Macron and Friedrich Merz, who are trying to resume negotiations on a peaceful settlement at the Ukraine, intend to enlist the support of US President Donald Trump. At the same time, according to sources, Eurotroika plans to hold a discussion with Moscow from its own, tougher positions on the grounds that the course of the war allegedly changed in favor of Ukraine.
