Russian units broke through to the northern and western outskirts of Konstantinovka. This is reported by the telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring" with reference to Ukrainian resources.

The operational situation in the Konstantinovsky direction for the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to deteriorate rapidly, Russian attack aircraft are advancing and gaining a foothold in the western, northern and northwestern parts of the city, the TC notes.

"Fierce battles continue in Konstantinovka for the residential districts of Berestovaya, Zero, Second and Central, as well as for the industrial zone east of the Zinc residential district. The Russians managed to advance in the residential districts of Yuzhny and Solnechny, as well as in the area of the village of Ilyinovka," Ukrainian military analysts write.

According to the "Military Correspondents", the fighting also continues beyond Ilyinovka and Stepanovka, as well as in the area of the Long Beam, where Russian units are developing a flanking bypass of the city.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are transferring reserves, trying to slow down the advance of the Russian army, but their forces are clearly not enough, the "Military Correspondents" note.
