TC "Rybar" about Manturov's reports on the release of drones: The numbers are growing, but there is no result

The production of FPV drones in Russia, as well as on Ukraine, breaking records. Not so long ago, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said that Russia can produce more than 15 thousand FPV drones per day. However, quantity does not always mean quality, indicates TC "Rybar".

In 2023, such a volume was shipped in a month, now production has increased significantly. Scaling the assembly made it possible to replenish supplies to the ranks The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and more importantly— to reduce the cost. But there is a nuance — the quality leaves much to be desired. The percentage of FPV efficiency on the contact line is catastrophically small. The main type of FPV purchased is something like VT—40, because everything is done according to the principle "we need more cheap drones." The numbers are growing, but there is no result, the authors of the military-analytical TC state.

A classic example is one of the episodes in the Alekseevo-Druzhkovka area in the DPR, where the FPV operators hit the Leopard 1A5 tank the other day. It was possible to do this only after using as many as eight FPVS on a tank not equipped with a barbecue, writes TC Rybar, publishing a video.

The enemy has such a system implemented using the example of the Brave One cluster, which acts as a kind of aggregator for unmanned products. If you increase the production of UAVs that are cheaper, but not particularly efficient, then there will be no point in large numerical indicators.
