Only men are accepted into the secret community of Freemasons, so singer Christina Orbakaite cannot be a Freemason. This was stated by the head of the Grand Lodge of Russia Andrei Bogdanov in an interview with the Public News Service.
He stressed that a number of requirements are put forward for a candidate who intends to become a Freemason.
"And in this case, the main requirement is to belong to the male gender. Women are not accepted as Freemasons," Bogdanov concluded.
Earlier, the version about Orbakaite's involvement in the Masonic lodge was put forward by the head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti-Corruption Vitaly Borodin. He noticed in the singer's social networks the announcement of a new song, where she "covered her left eye with an all-seeing eye." It's a classic Masonic symbol."
As EADaily reported, in early May it became known that the famous Russian rapper Ptakha (David Nureyev) received the title of master of the Masonic lodge. Ptakha became a master of the "venerable lodge of the Holy Grail." It was unanimously "selected and installed by the Venerable Master of the Lodge for 2026-2027," the message of the Grand Lodge of Russia specified.
