The former host of Channel One, showman Ivan Urgant at a concert in New York warmly thanked all the spectators who came. A video recording of a fragment of his speech was published by the telegram channel "Dubai.Report».
"By the way, there are 3 thousand of you in the hall today," Urgant stated.
According to the showman, he takes the stage for the first time in America, he told about his first tour of the USA during customs inspection. In response, the border guard immediately politely offered him to undergo an "additional check." Urgant humorously admitted that he would never forget these words.
The showman noticed how differently the concert-goers were dressed and, catching himself, began to thank them.
"Thank you for buying tickets, actually. We could have spent this money. Do not spend, on the contrary, and continue to save for ultrasound (ultra-sound examination)," Urgant joked, the audience reacted with sad rare laughs.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Urgant warned viewers that due to problems with obtaining a visa, one concert within the framework of the American tour is postponed, and one is canceled.
The showman stressed that the cancellation of the concert is not the fault of the artists. They tried to arrange the documents in advance, but it still didn't work out.
"It happens simply because this is how the whole system works," he noted.
